platform to link your PDA/Laptops with the GPS.
Holux GR 271 Slim CompactFlash GPS with 20 parallel satellite-tracking channels
for fast satellite lock-in and reacquisition. GR-271 has in-built hardware tracking loop processor WAAS/EGNOS demodulator.
Don't worry, it will not consume lots of battery power from your laptop or PDA
as it's powered by Star SiRF III chipset with rechargeable battery for memory/coordinates backup.

type is a simple Plug-Play GPS device and you don't have to carry a separate GPS
unit for your navigation.
However, you do need a CF Card adapter for your laptop and it will be slot into
the PCMCIA (PC Card slot).
